Shipping Policies

 

• Current processing times are 3 to 7 business days, depending on the items ordered.  Made to order items will take longer.

• Shipping times will vary.  We ship Monday – Friday via USPS.  Orders less than 13 oz will ship via First Class Mail.  Orders over 13 oz will ship via Priority Mail. 

• You will receive an email letting you know when your order ships and it will include a USPS tracking number

• Shipping fees come directly from the USPS website by weight and destination.   Any shipping overages over $1 will be refunded – for example, if we can use a flat rate box, you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs.  

• All orders ship from Southern California. 

• We do not currently ship outside of the USA.

• Orders mainly ship in recycled packaging materials to be kind to our beautiful planet.
